Briquette is the raw materials which are compressed under a high pressure which results in formation of powdery form material with high density. The usual kinds of biomass wastages fed to the briquetting plants include Agro-forestry wastages such as Rice Husk, Palm husk, Cotton Husk, Corn cob waste, Cotton shells, Saw dust, Babool, Bagasse, Bamboo dust, Tea waste , Soybean husk, Jute waste, Tobacco waste, Groundnut Shell, Cotton Stalks / Chips, Mustard Stalk etc
We make use of briquetting machines in order to make briquettes; these raw materials can be anything like agricultural waste or forest waste. Our machines have high capacity depending on shape, size and quality of raw material, these materials have high moisture content when they are taken for process so in order to maintain their water content level we dry them with the use of high temperature. When they are subjected to high temperature for the process of compression ,steam pockets are created and thus the moisture level content is reduced which results into formation of binding material which are formed naturally during the process, these adhesive binds the finely formed raw material together and at last results in formation of round or square briquettes . The formation of fine material is due to special equipment known as Hammer Mill. Commonly used briquetting machine in our manufacturing plant are:
- Super 65 models
- Supreme 75 models
- Jumbo BRQ 9075 model
- Crusher cum shredder
- Powder making unit
- Turbo dryer CTD 60
